Impact Crushers
DMK series crushers are jaw adjustable impact crushers. DMK crushers are designed to crush medium hardness and hard materials (such as basalt, granite) in the size of concrete and asphalt aggregate and are used as secondary crushers. The upper body of the machine is opened with a hydraulic mechanism to reveal the upper body, rotor and internal parts connected to the joints. This feature facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the casting parts.
These crushers are designed as three zones. The stone that enters is deflected by the rotor pallet and becomes the first hits the crusher elements in the first the crushing phase takes place. First zone even very hard to break materials high enough pressure to break the material creates crushing power. Refracted in the first zone to the second zone if the material is in the desired dimensions passes. too big to pass into the second zone materials cannot pass to the second zone and the second crusher back to the first zone until it passes into the zone sent by their staff. To the second zone the material passing through one more crushing stage passes through and is reduced to smaller sizes. At the end as it passes into the third zone and crushing for the last time the process takes place. The material is now the smallest reduced to sizes and in desired sizes materials are being purchased.
