Washing Screws

Screw washers wash the fine material coming from the screen. The washed fine material settles to the bottom and is carried to the discharge chute by the auger spirals and discharged out of the discharge chute. The water in the auger is discharged by flowing through the channels located at the post of the auger. The rubbers on the auger spiral leaves reduce the cost by preventing the wear of the spirals and can be replaced when the rubbers wear out. Washing spirals are produced in various diameters and lengths as double and single. The pocketed system minimizes shaft leakage.
